Terms of service
These terms apply to all orders placed on mysterykits.ch.
1. Seller

2. Where we deliver
Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the European Union.
3. What you are buying
A MysteryKits order contains one football shirt. The shirt is:
- brand new and unworn, with tags attached
- a product of an original manufacturer, never a counterfeit
- from season 2020/21 or newer
- from a club or national team
You choose the size. You do not choose the team — that is the nature of the product and the reason it is sold as a mystery.
4. Teams you can exclude
When ordering you may name up to five teams (clubs or national teams) you do not wish to receive. We will not send a shirt from a team you have named. Requests for a specific team, or for more than five exclusions, cannot be fulfilled.
5. Sizes
Sizes S to XL are available.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in CHF. Payment is due at the time of ordering, using one of the methods shown at checkout.
7. Formation of contract
Your order is an offer. The contract comes into effect when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because your size is unavailable, or because your exclusions leave us unable to send a shirt — we will tell you and refund you in full.
8. Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days of payment. Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days within Switzerland and 3-10 working days within the EU. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Orders within Switzerland are sent as untracked mail. Orders to the EU are sent with tracking.
9. Customs and import charges
Orders shipped from Switzerland to the EU may be subject to import VAT and customs handling fees on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
10. Returns — customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including because of the team you received or because of sizing. Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales.
11. Right of withdrawal — consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw by email to info@mysterykits.ch before the period expires. You may use the wording below, but you are not obliged to.
The shirt must be returned unworn and with all tags attached. You must send it back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please mark the parcel as returned goods so that no import charges arise on our side.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them. We use the same means of payment you used for the order.
12. Damaged or faulty items
If your shirt arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. You will receive a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
13. Liability
We are liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
14. Data protection
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Emmen, Switzerland. For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
