Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days of payment.

Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days within Switzerland and 3-10 working days within the EU. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Orders within Switzerland are sent as untracked mail, free of charge.

Orders to the European Union are sent with tracking, for a shipping fee shown at checkout.

Orders shipped from Switzerland to the EU may be subject to import VAT and customs handling fees on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
