Switzerland and Liechtenstein
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges — not for the club you received, and not for sizing.
European Union
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email info@mysterykits.ch and send the shirt back unworn with all tags attached. You cover the cost of the return; we refund the purchase price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Damaged or faulty items
If your shirt arrives damaged or faulty, email info@mysterykits.ch within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. You will receive a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Orders we cannot fulfil
If we cannot fulfil your order, you receive a full refund.
